The
Turf Division of AgriMetal Inc. is proud to introduce a new
generation of leaf and debris vacuum. New state-of-the-art features
mean faster, more efficient, and less labor intensive debris
removal. So! If you are unhappy with your present equipment,
or just want to get it all the first time, let us show you what
we can do.
The Model 5000 PTO drive, with 5 cubic yard capacity, and a
5 foot wide vacuum head. Live floor conveyor unloads the hopper
quickly and efficiently. Dump type vacuums don’t always
empty easily especially when loaded with wet leaves or grass
clippings. AgriMetal’s conveyors not only empty the load
box, they also scrape the floor clean!
Pickup head floats for unparalleled countour following. This
unique system uses a double swivel design that lets the head
float up, down, and left or right, to follow the most demanding
terrain.
An
optional hand hose lets you reach all those places that you
can’t drive to and optional hard surface filters help
cut down on dust when vacuuming paved areas.
AgriMetal’s vacuum feature an exclusive mulching impeller.
This means leaves, sticks, cans and bottles are ground up before
going into the hopper. It also means you can go a lot farther
before emptying! Our mulching impeller is 1/2” thick for
long life under adverse conditions.
Replaceable wear liner around the inside of the impeller housing
is standard equipment. The impeller’s housing is subject
to wear because of dirt and sand present in vacuumed materials.
Competing machines require replacement of the entire vacuum
housing at exorbitant cost. AgriMetal offers replacement liners
at a very inexpensive price to minimize costs and downtime.
Hydraulically driven sweeper brushes are mounted inside the
vacuum head. Hard to vacuum debris such as pine needles or wet
leaves are literally picked up and thrown into the impeller
where they are ground into mulch.
Brushes are made of wire impregnated rubber fingers that are
easily replaced at nominal cost. Brush fingers are staggered
for a clean sweep!
